Great Week
This week has started off awesome. On Monday (Memorial Day) the office got 11 sales and yesterday they got 8 sales, but 13 installs so the sales are definitely picking up. It seems like everyone is getting more adjusted and used to the job. Today we had a BBQ with the office which was a lot of fun. We ate and played in the pool before they started working. It is always nice to do something different in the mornings. Well, nothing else is really going on, just the usual, but the usual is getting better all the time.

Best Husband in the World!
So things here are pretty much the same each day. The past little while has been frustrating for Mr. Muscles. He has not been having as much success as usual and I think a lot of it is due to the other stresses of being a manager. However, although he gets frustrated and is upset when he comes home I just keep realizing how wonderful he is! I am soo thankful for how hard he works every day to provide for us! On Sunday we had the whole office over for dinner and it was really crazy. However, he ate and I was still trying to get things done and he repeatedly (meaning at least five different occasions) told me to stop and eat. Then when I was eating he and some other people cleaned the kitchen (which was a disaster area from all of the cooking) until it was pretty much spotless! It was soo nice of him to be so concerned about me. Growing up, I did not see a great example of this too often so it made me feel soo much more excited for when we have our family because of what a wonderful husband he is already! I just wanted to share this because maybe someday he will read this, and if not at least you will know how much I love my Mr. Muscles!

So this weekend was actually quite fun. We went out to eat as an office on Saturday night and then we watched part of the Jazz game, which they won, so it was a fun evening. Sunday after church we had a barbecue with the sales reps and technicians to allow everyone to get to know each other so that was good. Then we played volleyball at a park right next to our apartment complex and spent some time with friends playing games. Mr. Muscles has been kind of frustrated because he has had some cancels and failed credits. He is still doing very well, but I am sure the job gets hard at times. Today I have spent almost 5 hours working on paperwork to get it all sent in to the office in Utah and I am kind of nervous because as the summer goes on I will have this much paperwork most days if not more. The job is supposed to only be 20 hours each week, but because of the other things to take care of it takes a lot more. o/well someone has to do it so I guess it is me. At least it keeps me busy while Mr. Muscles is gone. Lately it has been hard because some nights when Mr. Muscles gets home he would like to go play video games or basketball with the single guys so I either go with him and hang out with all of the single guys or I stay home. I know he needs a release, but I guess after having him gone all day I want to spend some time with him. I know most of you deal with this often or all the time so any suggestions or things you have done to work around this problem?

The work goes on. . . slowly :(
So the sales have been a little slower and the technicians are not keeping up. It is kind of a problem. Northstar finally sent another technician to help train the new technicians and speed things up. They also hired Jay Sotello (Blake's friend) so hopefully that will help the technicians be able to get the installs in. Erin and Jeremy- Tyler is probably the best technician and if he isn't now he will be by the end of the summer- we are glad to have him because he is already able to do installs on his own. Yesterday was a slower day so hopefully today they will get more sales. On a sadder note- the little bird died, but it was cute because Ryan was trying to feed the bird (before it died).

Rescuers Down South
Today's activities consisted of continuing to sort out the housing leases and all of that fun, starting the paperwork, and rescuing a baby bird. Yep, that was probably the highlight of the day! The poor bird was trying to fly, but could only hop around so with some friends I caught the bird and we put it in a cardboard box in the closet to let it come out of shock (we got directions from the Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources) and now we are going to make a nest for it outside so its parents can find it. That is about all that is exciting around here. Mr. Muscles is gone most of the day so I am working on an Independent Study class. Hopefully I get the class finished and the bird is okay.
